Hi Burntmarshmallow,

Sorry that you are feeling so crappy!!

I feel ya! I'm dragging my butt today, but I doubt it is from the meds since that adjustment has gone so well. I have MS and it is rearing its ugly head, too. Just what I need right now! At least it is all things I can deal with, but just enough to grab at my psyche and pull me down a little. I'm not going to let it get me though!

Hope today was better for you!
Melissa

Hi
Just thought I would butt in and wish you both better days, and more pain-reduced days...and nights too!
I know all about feeling crappy. I'm feeling that way too at the moment. I can't wait until next Wednesday. Why? Because I finally get my O.N. nerve block! I feel I really need it, because my head isn't feeling too good right now!
Take care,
~Jaime~

Thanks soooo much every one. Ellena I think the storms have lot to do with it I know the last couple days most of Florida has been getting some big thunder storms and rain..you too I am guessing. My "aunt flo" got it then it left like normal then came back extra extra hard 3 days later .Last night after my Hazels concert and all till this moring ...wow is all I can say 2 towels wasted just leave it at that. I must be at the start of the change of life as they call it and it severly adds to the flare ups for me anyhow and the sad depressed feelings.
Jaime Ellena Melissia thanks for caring and sending low pain wishes it meens more then ya know and I send them right back to each of you along with many blessings.
PEACE
BMW

Default Me Too!

BMW - you know that I rarely post here for lack of much to contribute. I'm so sorry to hear that you are being compounded with a multitude of ills - yes, maybe the weather will break and Dolly will go out to sea and you will feel better soon.

As for the "Aunt Flo" thing - I know what you are going through. Until I was 40 yrs old, you could set your watch by my cycle. Then all of a sudden it came unexpected, and never really stopped for about 10 yrs. - it was always there to some degree. It would lighten up for a day or so, then come back like normal. Doc tried all kind of hormone therapy, but I always gained weight and refused to take them. She insisted it was too early for me and put me on low dose BC pill for a couple of years - and it did put an end to the never ending flow. Finally, I decided to just stop taking them and I had one very normal one, and never saw another speck of Aunt Flo again. I don't think it is good to try to force your body to do something it doesn't want to. My body was tired of it and wanted to quit.

You have always been the most helpful, concerned - and first to reply to almost every thread I have read. I mention all of you on here in my prayers for a new form of pain relief to come your way. I'm sure there are many others that do too, but we just don't say it. I never even knew this monster existed until I was diagnosed.

So blessings to you today - there are more people who care about you than you know.

Rhonda

Ronda,
It is so nice to hear from you and know that I am not alone with aunt flow troubles. It is something I am not used to and next time I plan to call and see doc. You have as much to contribute here as me or anybody. i cant help with meds or surgeries because i am not on meds and the only surgery I have had are to put plates in lower jaw and jaw shaved.. then my implant for neuro stimulation. so You have just as much to contribute here as me.
and you just gave me support that i so much needed to hear and I thank you for that. You and all the others here are a blessings !
I need to see if i can nap cus i am way way tired but want you to know I appreciate the prayers blessings AND YOUR reply very much.
thank you Rhonda.
funny when you think your so alone friends appear out of now where and prove you wrong. and thats so nice.
Thanks ALL of you. this place and all of you are so great
PEACE

Ah yes, 'that time of life'...it's bad enough with these headaches keeping me awake lately, but with these 'night sweats' every night as well, I'm getting very little sleep at the moment!

BMW, ya got my thoughts & prayers gal. I'm past all the "aunt flo" stuff, have been for about 5 yrs. I once asked dr. if there was any connection with my hot flashes & the increase in TN pain, he just sorta frowned and blew it off. To this day, when I get those days where the hot flashes seem to be "every hour on the hour whether I need them or not" (hubby's way of putting it), I still notice an increase in the TN pain. Then ya toss in the stress factors and the change of barometer and it's like all H*** breaks looks in our faces!!
Prayers for ya gal that you'll soon be feeling much better,

Corky
