I've only had two episodes so far, and I would be very happy if they were my last. They don't seem to be brought on by anything but I was wondering if anyone else would get a warm (sunburn-like) feeling on their skin and a dull aching in the nerves of their teeth(like getting braces tightened or like your about to lose a tooth)? It seems like these are early signs for me and I was just wondering if that was normal.

Sounds VERY familiar. Mine felt like that. Like all the teeth on the top left of my jaw were too tight, or there was a vise around them. My upper left palate felt like it was on fire. I would have days on end where I wanted to take a pair of pliers and yank out all of my teeth.
