Default How about carbatrol??

Hi folks, has anyone tried a supposedly new form of tegretol called "Carbatrol"? My neuro prescribed it for me with hopes it would lessen the side effects of the tegretol. He said it was just a time-released formula of the same drug. He gave me samples (200 mg) to try and so far, the few that I have taken I can tell no difference. I only take them when I have an episode, but still experience the same old drugged out feeling and the phantom marijuana smell. Just wondered if anyone else had tried it.

Hope you all have a pain free weekend.

Rhonda
