Hi Alex, I have bilateral TN, ON and AD. I have had the gamma knife on both sides for the TN. Sadly, it did not work for me and left me with the AD. BUT! There are many who find permanent relief.

With everything there are risks. Each of us needs to make these very personal choices. The best thing you can do is to continue to research. Knowledge is power and YOU are your best advocate.

I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with this horrific beast.
