It mentions coffer though I have never drank coffer I have consumed tons of d-coke. I wonder if it's the caffeine?

Great article....thanks! I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee per day. Never any diet sodas. Waaaaay too much aspertame in them. Plus, diet Coke does contain caffeine.

I've started taking a B vitamin supplement along with my Vitamin D supplement.
