Has anyone here tried d-ribose by Solary? I get very weak muscels after normal exerction ( this does not happen everytime) Sometimes just from climbing the stairs. I hear d-ribose is suppose to help but I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and what your experience with it was.

I have no experience with this supplement.
But I do recall a person on a forum in the past posting about it and using it for "post polio syndrome" and trouble with his legs. However, he then tried activated folic acid...methylfolate, and all his leg problems seemed to resolve with that instead. (according to him) I have seen bodybuilding forums mention this sugar. And I found this blog, http://fibroresearch.blogspot.com/20...romyalgia.html This sugar looks innocuous for the most part. iherb.com has reviews on each of its supplements from people who buy from them. Here is a link to the reviews of NOW brand: http://www.iherb.com/D-Ribose-Powder...27-g/7414?at=0 Just click the blue review tab. You an also check other brands for similar comments. It does look like this is expensive, but that seems to be the only serious issue with it. Here is a monograph about it: http://www.rxlist.com/ribose/supplements.htm
