Hi Deb,
Has anyone mentioned celiac or gluten intolerance to you. Malabsorption is a huge issue with gluten issues...thyroid, and B12 deficiency are both symptoms of celiac/gluten intolerance. If you do have an issue with gluten, the medicines will not beable to help you as long as you continue to eat gluten. I think you should request testing for this, and please, do not let a doctor tell you, "You do not look celiac." There is not a look about it, testing needs done.

I just recently found out being B12 deficient and thyroid issues. I am now waiting on my bloodwork. And also founding out all I can learn about gluten intolerance. I will let my doctor know I want the test.
Thanks for the advice...Spending the Holidays with my family in the Smokey Mountains....
Merry Christmas to all.........
