Shocked supplements

You know, in researching about Crohn's and the protocol, I came across Probiotic treatment, along with others. I noticed that there is a link with Autism and OCD treatments there, as well. The probiotics started helping my son with his acne, as well. Only in running out of the probiotics and having to reorder them, did he notice they really did seem to make a difference for his regularity/pain/inflammation. I put my daughter on it as well, and the acne is already better only three days later!

It's so strange how all these things are interrelated (neuro & physical). Just thought I'd share this observation.

Default 8yr male with chronic motor tics

Thank you for this post! My son is 8yrs old and has had tics for about 2yrs. Just recently they have gotten worse. He progressed from eye blinking to about 6 simple motor tics. They cycle and its very frighting seeing him at his worst. He had seen a neuro but they are just observing him at this moment. I refuse to medicate him and will try all alternative options prior to meds.

Hi xmom and welcome.
I see mrsD gave you the link to our TS forum as well.

I should probably update this thread too as my son is now in his early 20s and as far as the TS goes, still doing very well. Magnesium (especially the Epsom Salts baths) is still his "go to" remedy when there is any tic increase
