Default n-acetyl cysteine verses l-acetyl cysteine?

Hi, I am trying to wade through the wealth of information on here for supplements and PN. I started with this supplement, and of course the store carries the L-acetyl, but my notes say N=acetyl.

Now I can't find out exactly *where* I read that , as I spent at least a couple hours doing so.

Could someone tell me what the difference is and if it matters.

Heck, could someone just give me a list of the supplements to try,
dosages, and brands. Just kidding....sort of!

There are way too many brands to choose from!

And not all brands are created equal.

Thanks,
Sunrise
