Default What's The Best Omega-3 Fish Oil?

I'm so confused. There are so many different types and strengths of Omega-3 fish oils available. How do you know what's the best kind to take?

Lightbulb

Some are concentrated now, so you don't have to take so many.

Some are enteric coated, so they dissolve in the intestines, and reflux less. (not everyone refluxes).

There is even the new Krill oil, which is getting alot of attention now. I'm and trialing this.

Don't forget that fish oil, is a late end stage form of Omega 3. Flax oil is the precursor to other needs in the body, so one should also either eat foods enriched with flax (like Smart Balance peanut butter) or also include this in your regimen.

Take the oils with food. Hubby uses the double strength one.
I use the new Krill oil. (MegaRed). With Krill oil you need less they say, because it is absorbed better. I won't know until fall when I get my blood work done again.

Almost all the fish oils are distilled these days.

You have to "join" and pay money to read the reviews.
I was not happy with this review place, as it automatically reupped me using my credit information, without my permission.
So I let my membership long ago lapse.
