phosphatidylcholine is only one type of phospholipid.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phospholipid It is said that the phospholipids in krill oil increase absorption in the GI tract, and hence much less is needed per dose to get the same effects as regular fish oil. I'd look that up further if you are interested. |
