Default new symptoms?

Hello,
Has anyone experienced this? Or just me?

I can't help but turn left, and I feel like I've been wearing a tight hat all day,
and just took it off, but it feels like it's still there.

I know, it sounds like a George Carlin routine.

Spent the morning teaching a class, and when I left the lecturn, I kept turning left, and keep having to stop and redirect myself.

the hat thing? what in the world?

Balance has been skitchy, and I'm getting more scotomas, maybe another flare up? It's only been twenty days since the last one. Are we supposed to call the doc everytime there's a new symptom?

ugh.
thanks
lah
