Hi MrsD, just fell upon this thread, as I'm looking for a supplement that may help my cold hands and feet. It's taken me 2 years to stumble upon this thread!

Did the Lysine help balance the Arginine affects of it activiting the herpes zoster virus?

Also, did Arginine and Citrulline help your hands and feet overall?

No not much. So I stopped them. But anyone taking lots of arginine should balance it with lysine, if they have had any Herpes infections in the past-- simplex or zoster.

I found that the magnesium lotion (Morton epsom lotion) worked better.

I've been using the morton epsom lotion on and off. I should apply it more consistently to see if it helps.

Thanks for the quick reply! I had just ordered some arginine and citrulline to see if it may work for me. *fingers crossed*

The amazon reviews are outstanding for most people when it comes to energy levels, so that much I'm looking forward to already, as my energy has been low since having PN.
