Default Please help...Need advice

I've read on different postings that people have gotten better with the use of supplements but nobody seems to have given a time frame. Can someone tell me how long has it taken people to get results? I really need an answer to this. My doctor wants to implant a pain pump and I'm against it and want to try sticking with supplements but so far it seems so slow, with constant ups and downs. Can anyone give me advice on this? Thank you.
