Default Help with info on Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide)

Hi all,

I'm from the MS forum. There was new information released the other day about how niacin has been shown to help with MS, at least in the mice.

If anyone here has information on dosing or side effects or anything about Vitamin B3 that might help us decide if there are risks involved with taking it or how much to take, etc. (like does the B3 have to be the kind that causes the 'flushing'?), I'd appreciate you popping over and adding your 2 cents.

Thanks!
