Are you sure about those injections? 100mg of B12?

Does he have that made up special? Commercial B12 is either 100mcg/ml, or 1000mcg (1mg) per ml. I would hope if made up special it is methyl injection...all that cyanide in a cyanocobalamin can't be good for anyone!

I'd also look at your Vit D status. get tested for that!
