I am new to this forumand just learning to get around in it. I wonder if you can make a suggestion as to a vitamin/supplement regime my head injured adult daughter could start on that might help improve her PCS? I have already suggested Fish oil and Vitamin B100 suplmentation. Is there a good multi she should add? Thanks!

I think B-100 is a bit too much. B-50 daily should be enough.
The fish oil is a good idea. There is a supplement thread on TBI forum: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread140455.html The DHA in the fish oil is very helpful for repairing membranes. You can buy high DHA versions like this one: http://www.google.com/products/catal...d=0CDwQ8wIwAg#
