Default Spectracell test

Hi,

Today I got the results from a new tests from Spectracell Labs. It tests for nutrient deficiencies.

Intersting...I showed low for B12 (that has been recurring even after I take 3000mcg sublingual a day)

Way below average on antioxidants, oleic acid, zinc and vitamin E (also showed in antioxidant)

Interesting stuff.

also been testing my Ph everyday and I am showing acidic and keep to get more alkaline. Anyone have any experience with that?

Thanks
Shelley

I look forward to a post by someone more familiar with that lab's methods than I am. Just a very quick look (have little time now) suggested to me that rather than measuring B12, the lab may infer that B12 is low because some function is out of whack.

If that is the case, it could be that lack of something else is not allowing your body to function normally.

Very well could be Rose. Endo thinks malabsorption and I certainly have some sort of IBS or intestinal problems. I am seeing a gastro soon.

THanks

Spectracell analysis is used by many parents at Latitudes/ACN when formulating corrective supplement programs for their kids.
