Default Naturopathic Doctor?

I have seen a holistic doctor in the past who I did not care for. My mom on my behalf spoke to a naturopathic doctor about my condition and past and I am thinking of seeing her. I have seen every regular specialist and am dx tested out with limited treatment benefits. I have never been big on natural healing but am trying to be open. I will not do acupuncture though because I can't allow someone to touch me from pain. Anyhow I was wondering if anyone has seen one and if it helped, what things you apply, etc? Thank you

It is hard to say. All this time you would have had many tests, may chances for intervention.

Naturopaths usually sell products, and because of this may be expensive.

You could yourself embark on anti-inflammatory antioxidants to see if they help. Have you taken any yet? Grapeseed extract, or others, or increased antioxidant foods in your diet?

This naturopath said that she would have different bloodwork testing because sometimes a test that is normal in reality is not. That confuses me. I have not increased antioxidents. In general I need to clean up my diet because it is filled with convenience and junk food. I have heard of grapeseed. Does this help repair?
I know all these holistic doctors are expensive but am having more pain spreading and regular treatment sometimes increases the pain so am trying to find something that won't hurt but could help
Thanks again
