I ansewered in the other thread you started but will copy and paste here too

Aha yes .... I can atest to that. I am B12 deficient and get regular bloodwork every 6 months. I don't have MS (thought I did until we found the cause finally and was very scared like you are now) but my nerve damage was caused by B12 deficiency caused by Ulcerative Colitis.

Keep up the good fight and you will be good with regards to your blood and B12. people around these parts are pretty smart with this stuff and know what they are talking about I learned everything here for myself really and am thankful.
