mrsD, I wear my fentanyl patches on my upper arm between the elbow and shoulder alternating right and left sides. I have never put them anywhere else.

I agree that there is alot of info out there stating that l-carnitine is good treatment for the thyroid. But if i'm not mistaken, they are referring to a hyper not hypo thyroid state. I am not computer savy and don't know how to provide links and I am not good at providing the right key words to search for exactly what I need. With my lack of knowledge, this is what I have been seeing. How can I find out about the benefits of l-carnitine for a hypo thyroid state? Thank you for all your help.
