Default Vitamin D

Im on 4000 mg of vitamin D now for 2 years, because I tested consistently poorly. Im wondering if I should stay at this amount of vitamin D.... its been tested but nobody seems to be quick at taking me off. I have chronic pain, im wondering if there are any side effects I should know of with vitamin D.

Here is our Vit D thread:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread92116.html

I'd ask your doctor what he wants you to do, since you have had the testing etc.

Please read the thread, as it has all the newest info on this subject.
