We typically use 200mg a day. I don't use the resveratrol mixture, just the plain grapeseed extract.

Another inexpensive one at Puritan's is Astaxanthin ... you could get that too, and take one a day.

There are many papers showing up on this product. You might want to try it.

I went to GNC and bought the 30 count of the Nature's Way Grapeseed Extract. Took one today. (you take two right?) They have others which are 300 of the Grapeseed extract. I just wanted to experiment.

I took my sugar an hour after taking this (around 4 p.m.) and it was 124.

So time will tell.

If I see that it helps with diabetes and arthritis, then believe me, I'll get the specials from Puritans.

And thanks very much.

I'm also looking into the other supplement you mentioned.

Just keep in mind, Mel... that this is not a drug. It works with your body to reduce inflammation, and it will be a slow subtle thing. I'd give it a week or two, at least.

Not to worry. At my age I don't rush into ANYTHING.

I take my time, take things as they come and I stop and smell the roses (as the old saying goes)

I do like puritan because of their buy 2 get 3 free deals. I just hope the government doesn't pass any bills that would take away our right to take supplements.
