Are you doing this on the advice of a veterinarian? Canine dosage will be quite different than human dosage, based on weight, and given several times a day.

Google: coq10 for a dog
Google: coq10 canine

Question

I don't see any reference to absorption quality of this product.

Only that the manufacturer is from Japan.

CoQ-10 is not absorbed well, so it has to be enhanced either with
an oil, or other solubilizing agent.

example here:
http://www.epic4health.com/noname.html

Puritan's uses oil caps... called Q-sorb.

I know that applies to humans; does it apply to canines as well?
That's part of my point in running it by a veterinarian.

Yes, because the CoQ-10 is not water soluble.

It's not all that oil-soluble either.

All I'm saying is, IMO, this whole issue should be run by a veterinarian. I couldn't tell from Pabb's response if that had been done specifically, or if Pabb was just acknowledging the difference in dosage.
