Welcome to NeuroTalk:

Your medications and history are complex. Invega can have
serious effects on your blood sugar levels. This alone can make you feel awful. Did your doctor test your blood sugar or do a glucose tolerance test?

The choline/serine derivatives in your product affect the integrity of cell membranes, and not the neurotransmitters themselves.
It is thought they enhance normal functions.
Most of the glutamine will remain in the GI tract.
The alpha lipoic acid is really a very small dose and not significant at
this dose.

Acetyl carnitine enables mitochondrial energy production when
sugar is low in the cells. It enables the metabolism of fatty acids for energy.

Your body makes both taurine and carnitine, as well as the choline/serine analogs from food. Most of the carnitine and taurine would be active in the heart and muscles.

Supplements work very slowly, and 6 days is not a long time in the scheme of human biology.

However, your drugs are potent entities and have significant potential for side effects. Lithium can get out of whack very quickly, and Invega is a very strong drug itself. Your Cymbalta is low dose, but that too is a potent drug.

Trauma to the brain can affect memory, and your trauma of oxygen loss may have caused brain damage. I'd follow your doctor's recommendations at this time. Discuss with your doctor any other supplements before taking them.
