I answered you at the other thread here.

Who makes the ABC formula? If it has herbs in it I'd stay away for now and find another B-complex.

I think you should keep things simple now. Take one thing for a while, then add in a second, etc ...too much at once leads to
side effects, and when that happens you can't pinpoint what is bothering you.

I agree, and the "shotgun approach" (trying everything at once) also makes it difficult to discern what is helping and what is just money wasted/"expensive urine" - voice of experience.
