Arrow Capsicum & oral supplements

I'm 75 and live on 40 acres, raise hay, lease land out for other crops, we have irrigation water, in short I'm outdoors a huge amount of the time. I'm not only "in the sun," I'm physically active, not laying on a cot.

I have the beginnings of skin cancer, my eyes are sun sensitive, I have had joint problems and fixed it with Tamanu Oil, fixed my sun spots with fresh cut garlic rubbed on the areas and seen immediate calming effects, had tendon pulls repeatedly and fixed that with Cats Claw .. everything seems to have a trade off but staying outside and busy seems to beat being relaxed in the sun, eating too much, watching too much t.v. .. which to me separates the healthy from the over weight huge stomached fast food types.

We are on Capsicum red chili pepper and have perfect liver and kidney function, supple clean arteries, perfect blood work and it works better for stopping heart attacks, stroke from Arrhythmia and Fibrillation than anything else on the planet. If we get sick where we live in the sticks it is fatal and many around me don't have a clue how simple it is to take capsicum and not be in an "early morning Ambulance or Life Flight" headed for a useless E.R. with shock paddles, I.V.'s, dangerous drugs and know it all Doctors that are little more than trained, legal killers with an attitude. Sorry for the rant .. I have taken my wife through six heart attacks including two that were V-tac 90% fatal in ER, two occlusions of the lungs and maintained a normal blood oxygen level which completely threw ER, one thrombosis in the head with no brain swelling and had all ready cleared its self by the time ER asked me .. a cowboy .. what they should be doing .. which needless to say almost made me throw up .. and then they sent me a bill for $12,000 for a five day stay for my wife. They had given her an X-ray and I said "CT scan please".

Vitamin D sounds interesting for a short cure .. but I'll take living in the country and working my backside off no matter how old I get .. as the real answer.

You take life flight .. I'll take herbs!
