Arrow Vitamin K, Reference Information

This thread will be reserved for links to reference information for Vitamin K. For information on other vitamins/nutrients/herbs/supplements, please visit the other specifically named threads in this forum. For general information and links to references/databases/knowledgebases, please visit the Useful Websites and Reference Resources sticky thread for this forum. Many Vitamin K references still only contain information about Vitamin K1 and its effect on blood coagulation, failing to provide information and benefits of other Vitamin K types. Vitamin K research is ongoing and new benefits from this nutrient continue to be found.

Forum members are encouraged to post additional Vitamin K reference links as desired.

Disclaimer: This information is intended for reference only. Any decision to initiate a vitamin or supplementation regimen should be discussed with a doctor or qualified medical professional.
