Wisest Elder Ever

Thank you..... Krill oil contains Astaxanthin, which is a pretty good antioxidant, so it is less prone to oxidation. (it is also smaller and has less volume to worry about.)
Large fish oil caps are different, and the tiny bit of Vit E some contain may not be enough to prevent rancidity. I really agree that most supplements do not belong in the frig. But the oils, I've always kept there. I do not keep the Krill oil in there as it has a very dark brown bottle, and is very small. The enemies again for supplements are: 1) light 2) heat 3) moisture For some like magnesium it is primarily moisture!
