So I started drinking this tea hoping it would help ease my menstrual cramps like many people say it can. I started a couple days before my last cycle was supposed to start.
TMI alert: I had one spot a day for three days and then nothing for the last two or three days. Has anyone ever heard of it stopping a menstrual cycle like that? Mine is usually at least 7 days. |

There is a thread currently running on the MG forum about this
tea: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread163489.html You could ask there, and see what answers you get. I personally don't have experience with it, sorry.
