hey all, i was wondering if anyone had personal experience reducing water retention naturally? i am gf, but wondering if lactose intolerance could cause this as well?
the causes are a little overwhelming and im not sure where to start. ive had all the basic bloodwork done and it's normal. grape seed extract does help

Eating alot of carbohydrates tends to retain water.
Protein does not because the metabolism of protein releases Nitrogen which has to be flushed out the kidneys. MSG is also problematic along with too much salt.
