Default vitamin therapy and skin

I've been taking lots of vitamin B complex and multivitamin and now my skin is excessively oily after being really dry. I'm wondering if this is a natural cleansing or if I'm just plain overdoing it.

Sounds like a body adjustment. Doesn't sound at all like "overdoing."
