Default Aid for a girl with cerebral palsy?

Hello
First of all, sorry for my English
I was looking for information of brain "nutrients" and found you
I have a daughter 8 years old with cerebral palsy. She has intellectual delay
I haven't found any doctor that Prescribe her some kind of supplement in order to help her mental development.
But she has taken for dribbling an anticolinergic! I have read that this Cause Cognitive damage!
So I'm looking for the Opposite
But she's only 8. I give her omega 3 and soya lecitine and I think there is anothers things we can try, that can help her with no side effects
Can you help me?
Thanks!

Hi
I also have a daughter with CP (spastic diplegia). I recently read that Vitamin D can be beneficial for a child with CP. Being low in the vitamin can have a lot of negative consequences, including intellectual. There is a study done by the NIH that shows that high doses of vitamin D are safe and effective.
