Hi Everyone,
Hope ya'll are doing well, Happy Spring. sorry in the heading I wrote the wrong b--I meant b6 darned brain fog! I have been asked to come into the neuro's "right away" and naturally the soonest appt I could get is 5/16....... A repeat blood work for vitamin b6 came back 93. (again) and the lactic again at 16.6 {{past lactic -24, carnitine-low, missing 9 amino acids.....) I've googled the b6, and found too much can cause neuropathy. But since I can not absorb b12, this is a bit confusing to me. Why would this cause a panic? Thank you for listening. take care, Lah

Absorption, use, and storage of B12 is very different. It would be very common to be unable to absorb B12 normally and still absorb B6 and other vitamins just fine.
