Hi, I'm not sure what you were using B Complex for. I initially bought it thinking it would raise my B12 level which had tested "Profound Deficiency" --

I used a few B Complex an hour with LOTS of liquid.

A month later... NO CHANGE in my B12 level... but, I no longer had hayfever, I discovered. The Chamisa (wild sage) was in full, YELLOW bloom, all over Santa Fe, and unlike any year in the past, I wasn't sneezing.

So, Now I use B complex before and during every hayfever season.

I'm trusting you know that low B12 levels often result in loss of feeling, like in your fingertips.

I had remarkable recovery when I had B12 replacement.
