Default b12

The b12 has helped with my symptoms a little. I have noticed that the symptoms are starting to come back. Is this a good sign or a bad sign and any advice. Ive been taking it for 2 weeks. 5000mcg methyl b12 daily
Thanks Andrew

Since you do not know where you started from, it is difficult to say about the B12. Many people over the years have posted,
gains and setbacks, as nerves heal. Two weeks is not a long time for B12 to even show a gain IMO.

You are looking at months...3-6mos for sure.

There are many things that can cause burning. Gluten intolerance, Nightshade food intolerances, MSG in foods, allergies, vaccines, impaired glucose tolerance.

Have you had an HbA1C level drawn to see if you are creeping up with hidden glucose problems? Some people here use R-lipoic acid Stabilized to help with this aspect of glucose management. 100mg a day of this special form of alpha lipoic acid. Needs to be taken on an empty stomach.

But none of the interventions for PN/burning work quickly as a rule. It took a while to get damaged enough for pain, and it will take some time to heal it if healing is possible.
