I personally don't think you need enzymes unless you have other symptoms. Do you have any other indications of poor digestion?

Do you take acid blocking drugs like Zantac, Prilosec etc?

Gas, diarrhea, bloating, reactions to foods that make you feel ill?

Hi Andrew,

I have recently learned from my Integrative Physician that digestive enzymes can be very beneficial to most people. In fact digestive enzymes can be more effective and of course much safer than pharmaceutical drugs. They are very useful if you have any type of allergies .......to food, seasonal like pollen, or things in the environment like pet dander, mold, dust or dust mites. All of which tax the immune system and ultimately upset the balance of bacterias in our intestines. I've been using enzymes from a company called Enzymedica for about 5 months now and definitely see a positive difference in my overall health.
Here is their link:

I purchase mine through vitacost.com... cannot beat their prices!

Hope this is helpful to you!
Bryanna

G'day Andrew.

There are many reasons you may have a "noisy stomach". You may have been experiencing sensitivity to foods you have been consuming or you may be hungry or so many other things.

Consider your diet. Not everyone can eat the same foods. I can't eat pork... for example.

Have you changed your diet recently? I've added less meat and more beans to my diet of late so I have experienced a more "noisy" tummy.

You didn't give much info.

Pawpaw or Papaya eaten freshly can help with digestion. I reckon it's the best digestive aid ever.

Don't take antacids thinking it will help. Sometimes we need to be our own health detectives.
