Thinking about getting these to add to my b12,rla and benfotiamine for burning skin. Is this a good idea?

Sorry I don't know much about this product. Let us know however, if it helps you.
You might consider also going gluten free...as the gluten in wheat is known to aggravate nerve pain. You'll have to do it for several months, to see effects. More here: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum13.html

mrs D, I already tried going gluten free for 6 months and the burning was still there. I will never go gluten free again. Do you have any other suggestions for the burning? Ive only been on my supplements for a month.

Well, you can also try avoiding nightshade veggies.
They contain alkaloids which sometimes cause reactions in people. I get burning from them myself. potatoes tomatoes Eggplant all peppers green, red, hot chili spice paprika (this one is borderline). I used to get lots of burning from potatoes, usually later in the day or the next day. Once I stopped them, the burning in my feet resolved. We have some others on PN who have similar effects. If you go to PN and search "nightshade" in the search function you'll find the posts with the background information that I have collected about them.
