Lightbulb

Oral GABA? The only one I know that works somewhat is
PharmaGaba. I used this myself for about 6mos during a family stressor. It worked for me, twice a day.
It is not a strong effect, but enough to take the edge off a severe
anxiety.

Most GABA is not absorbed well orally.
Using precursors is sometimes recommended. L-glutamine is one.

Default gaba

go online and order Kavinace. Pricey but worth it. It works for sleep and anxiety but do try to go off for a few weeks otherwise a dependency sets in.

Are you using the term "gaba" for gabapentin? Amitriptyline is often used for nerve pain, like gabapentin is. This leads me to think that your use of the term here is an abbreviation for gabapentin.

GABA is another thing entirely... it is a neurotransmitter in the nervous system.

Gabapentin does not have GABA actions ..the name is misleading.
