well did research as usual and vitd can cause metal taste in mouth ... OMG Screaming ! come on give me a break

Hi razzle.

I think LOTS of things can cause a metal taste in the mouth. Medicines, vitamins, health conditions.

This is off topic I guess, but I actually get a metallic taste in my mouth when I'm highly anxious, verging on a panic attack. I figure it's lactic acid buildup in my body. Who knows. I've also heard it mentioned by a friend who has seizures.

went to dr today and she said alot of things cause it .. and because I am so low on vit d levels and taking vit d may cause it but should go away ..
