Question calcium d-pantothenate

i noticed jarrow b right forumla has this at 1000 percent dv

im assuming this is part calcium and i really don't want to supplement with calcium

are there any similarly cheap and equally as good b vitamin formulas? this is the only complex that made me flush so i assume the others ive taken were cheap and didnt work

tia

Lightbulb

Many vitamins have the non-flush niacin in them.

Your flush doesn't really mean anything therefore. It is just that
this product has the real niacin in it.

The amount of calcium in your pill is very very small. I wouldn't worry about it. Calcium is very bulky and therapeutic amounts typically make the tablets like horse pills...hence they are mostly chewable types. Only about 20% of calcium is absorbed anyway. The calcium panthothenate is providing B5. There is about 20mg of calcium in that complex, and 20% of 20 is a very small number. Insignificant compared to even most foods.
