If you have not done so already, you might consider placing a post at the headache section. However, I saw this on the Life Extention website:

Supplemental use of L-phenylalanine and L-tyrosine may raise or normalize blood pressure. Insomnia may occur from over-stimulation if taken too close to bedtime. Individuals with the rare metabolic disorder phenylketonuria should avoid phenylalanine. Those suffering from migraine headaches should also avoid L-phenylalanine and L-tyrosine because they form tyramine, a substance that may trigger migraines.

Personally, I have found Butterbur to be helpful. I will look into the supplement you have mentioned.

Lightbulb I don't have much faith

in this supplement.

It has more downsides than benefits. It stimulates formation of norepi. This may raise blood pressure.

If it were great...we would be seeing more about it everyday.
It has been out there over a decade, and does not have a big following.

Things that work well, over time, become popular and get
press.
