My Dr just put me on L-Glutamine and alpha lipoic Acid... I know the R-lipoic is better but Consumer Labs does not have this form listed. Nor does it have the L-Glutamine. Also, what would the doses be? Dr has me taking
L-Carnitine 500mg twice a day L-GLutamine 3g twice a day ALpha Lipoic 600mg twice a day Thanks Maddie |

That sounds typical.
The alpha lipoic should be taken on an empty stomach if you can tolerate that. You can lose up to 30% absorption if taken with food.
