What is the best supplement to use for plantar fasciitis? I prefer to use doctors best

I would start with soaking in epsom salts.

Have you been to a foot doctor yet? They often tell you which
types of shoes to avoid, and which to use.

If you decide to use bromelain for inflammation, the best one to get is one that is enteric coated... protected from stomach acid.
LEF is the only one I could find with high concentration and this protective coating. I got mine on Amazon.

Two of these a day. You can start with one, 500mg tablet on an empty stomach and see if that works, and slowly introduce the second one later.
