Help New and Diagnosed With Vitamin D Deficiency

To All,
I am new here. I have multiple health issues that I deal with daily. One of which is a vitamin D deficiency. I was wondering if by chance this could be some of the reason I have so much pain in my muscles. I guess I am hoping to feel better in time and that has not happened. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia among many other health problems. If I have a vitamin loss in my body does that cause the pain,, is it possible that I do not have fibromyalgia? Questions that may not ever get answered. Thanks for listening. Hugs to all. Mary
