A lot of folks here take 1 - 5 mg (1000 - 5000 mcg) of methylcobalamin daily. Lots of info in MrsD's B12 Thread. There's also a forum here for Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Concussion Syndrome, where some folks might know more about this particular issue/question. Doc
