Anyone out there try Cat's Claw for arthritis pain.
I read that it helps to reduce inflammation in our body. If you have tried it - how did you use it? a. Heat wrap b. tea and.....did it help you? Kim

Hi Kim
yes, Cats Claw aka Uno de Gato is considered to be a very powerful anti-inflammatory BUT is also a very very potent immune booster, so anyone taking it with auto-immune illness should be careful It was not a good fit for my son's Crohn's (he was given tincture) but I do know others with inflammatory illness that it has been most helpful for
