Do you get the SOB if you SWALLOW the tablet?
Swallowing delivers the B12 effectively. Maybe the sublingual is your problem. When swallowing the tablet, do so on an empty stomach with no food for 1 hr. Sublingual use is not necessary to get absorption of the B12, which is about 13mcg per 1000 mcg dose that is swallowed.
