Default Rose-have you heard of this site

Hi Rose, I am looking for a place to order my vitamins online and someone told me about this guy. Have you heard of him and if so would you order anything from this place? If not could you point me in the right direction?

His website is at http://www.herbdoc.com/abp_1024x768.asp

I mainly need the Mythl type of B12 and I didn't see any of it there. It is hard to find it in this town, I have found one place but it is not always convenient to go there.

And while I have you here what is the optimal number for B12? I went to your site and read old posts but I can't seem to find it. My last reading was 517 and I am wondering if that is good enough. Thanks, Sue

Glad iherb was suggested. Many of us have used them for years.

The B12 test is not reliable. That result makes deficiency far less likely, but not impossible.

Besides that, the methylcobalamin form covers some possibilities besides B12 deficiency.

Thank you both for the info. I went to iherb and it is exactly what I was looking for.

I am feeling so much better since I have taken the advice here and started the B12, among other things. I just had another round of blood work done and when I get the results I will let you know.

Thanks again...Sue
