just one question, why would a b12 shot cause unquenchable thirst? and leg pain (nerve): |

There are many different ways people are affected by B12 deficiency. One explanation for what you describe is: that those areas have been affected and your body is attempting to repair the damage.

I hope you also will consider taking methylcobalamin B12 (on empty stomach)and a B complex (at a different time of day).

The patch might work, although I can't vouch for it.
I can vouch for the oral. No need for shots unless you have an extremely rare situation. rose
